Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our jewelry, orders, shipping, and returns.

Orders

Browse our collections, select the piece you love, choose your size or variant if applicable, and click Add to cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and fill in your delivery and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@monpetitmantra.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered handling.

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking link. Please check your spam folder if you don't see these within a few minutes.

Yes. Because our jewelry is handmade in limited quantities, some pieces may be available for pre-order. Estimated shipping times for pre-orders are stated on the product page. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Shipping

We currently ship to all countries within the EU and the UK.

Delivery consists of two stages: handling time and transit time.

Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from order date

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Free shipping on all orders over €75. For orders under €75, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track My Order page at any time.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@monpetitmantra.com.

Please contact us immediately at support@monpetitmantra.com. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional re-delivery costs may apply.

Our main stock is shipped from Spain. New designs featuring rare materials are fulfilled from our international ateliers, allowing us to maintain quality and authenticity while keeping prices fair. Orders fulfilled internationally will have their estimated delivery time stated on the product page.

Returns & Refunds
Return window: 14 days from the date you receive your order
Condition: Unused, unworn, in original packaging
Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer
Refund processing: Within 14 business days of receiving the return

To start a return, contact us at support@monpetitmantra.com or via our contact page.

Step 1: Contact us at support@monpetitmantra.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return form.

Step 2: Pack your item(s) with the completed return form and send to the return address on the form. Use a tracked shipping service — return costs are at your expense.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and approve your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received it after this period, please contact us.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@monpetitmantra.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Products

Yes. All gemstones used in our jewelry are genuine, natural stones — not synthetic or glass substitutes. Each stone is selected for its quality, color, and energy properties.

Yes. Every piece is handmade by skilled artisans. Slight natural variations in stone color and texture are to be expected and celebrated — no two pieces are exactly alike.

Yes. Our jewelry is nickel-free and made with skin-friendly materials, suitable for most people with sensitive skin. If you have a specific allergy, feel free to contact us before ordering.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

— Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals
— Remove before sleeping, swimming, or exercising
— Store in a dry place, ideally in the pouch or box provided
— Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth

Our Apple Watch and Samsung Watch straps are available in 20mm and 22mm. Please check the product page for compatibility and select the correct size. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.
